Using our store

Products are subject to availability. We may correct an error or update product information; if a material issue affects an order, we will contact you and explain the available options before proceeding.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the items in your cart. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not by itself guarantee acceptance or availability. We may be unable to accept or fulfil an order in cases such as stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or incomplete information. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider process and law. Delivery, cancellations and returns
Delivery options, estimated times, fees, and any return or cancellation conditions shown at checkout or communicated by our team form part of your order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
